Registration

Successful candidates are invited to respond electronically (via email) within five (5) working days whether they accept their membership in the PSP, thereby accepting its operating terms. Failure of a selected candidate to respond within the above deadline is equivalent to a refusal to accept. If there are refusals, the Secretariat informs the next candidates in the evaluation order from the relevant list of successful candidates. An appeal against the lists of successful candidates may be submitted within five (5) working days from the date of announcement of the lists. The appeal is assessed by the Programme Committee.

Successful candidates must register at the Secretariat of the DPMS by the end of September of each academic year. For reasons of exceptional necessity, it is possible to register a postgraduate student after the deadline by decision of the Coordinating Committee, following a reasoned request from the interested party.

Postgraduate students are required to renew their each semester within a period determined by the Programme Committee.

Violation of the registration deadline is equivalent to losing the ability to attend the current semester.

A student who has not renewed his/her registration and has not attended courses or conducted research for two (2) consecutive semesters automatically loses his/her status as a postgraduate student and is deleted from the registers of the Programme.
